[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — REPLACEMENT OF PART

I had purchased DG Atlantic, 6.0 KG fully automatic videocon washing machine before 6 months. I had made the complaint in this regard vide complaint No: [protected]. The service person had come and inspected the machine. He advised to replace the Gear Box and Base Plate., and promised to trune back within a week. But after lapse after approx 10 days there was no coomunication from the customer care centre. I made many reminders call to them but it was waste., till today there was no reply from them. The machine is in the warranty period. Kindly advise me accordingly otherwise I have no option to approach the consumer court for this. I decided not to buy any product from the Videocon in the future. Waiting for your immediate action or reply.

Within 6 months the machine's part to be replaced.

Such a very poort services and the same was not expecting such a big group like Videocone.

ON 04.11.2009 I HAD PURCHASED AN 6 KG DG ATLANTIC FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE AFTER LAPSE OF 7 MONTHS ITS CREATES PROBLEM LIKE THE BASE PLATE / GEAR BOX WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY . YOUR ENGINEER REPLACED IT ACCORDINGLY AND LAPSE OF 2 MONTHS ONLY ITS CREATES THE PROBLEM LIKE DANGEROUS SOUND, VIBRATING AND CUTTING THE PLASTIC DRUM.
KINDLY REPAIR THE MACHINE ACCORDINGLY OR REPLACED IT WITH THE NEW MACHINE.
