[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — PATHETIC SERVICE

I am using Videocon D2H for last 8 months.
For any Package or recharge related issues they are pretty fast & solves the issues within minutes.
But their real character pops when you face some Hardware issues : Once I faced with remote change(it took week) & Second I am facing with Disc relocation in same building.
Backend team is really annoying, unresponsive bunch (Ready to take answer like "KHALI NAHIN BAITHE HEIN : if they ever pick your call).
I called CC on 29th & following till date (6 Days), They are repeating same answer that complaint has been taken and Backend team will call you, please wait. Backend team will never call. Same happened on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and will continue...
As for CC, Neither they will listen to you nor they will give you any contact to follow (I have made atleast 15 calls at times given by them). They always gives typical answer, wait-wait-wait : Is for this wait(6 days) you are charging or this is Videocon strategy to annoy Customer, so that, in future He don't disturb? They simply don't bother & have not left a stone unturned to make your life uncomfortable. Their should be some timelimit for rectification. Here Videocon can't give reason like non-availability of some material, because its just relocation & that too in same building.

If Videocon is not responding at all, than what can a customer do, apart from wait?

Videocon — Pathetic Services, Not fulfilling the commitments,

I Zahirul Hasan, Resident of C/O Gopal Singh, House no.2, Palla Gaon, New Delhi-110036. purchased a Videocon Television around 6 months back. A problem occured almost 2 months back as there comes RGB Spots on the screen. I lodged a complaint regarding the same almost one and half month back. I personally followed it up three times but It was not resolved instead they registered a fresh complaint no. DL[protected]. After ten days they again registered a fresh complaint no. DEL[protected] on 7th Sept 2010. I am following it up regularly but all in vein. everytime the customer care executives are asking to lodge a fresh complaint. I am facing a lot of problems and spending a lot of money in my phone calls everytime. It is the pathetic services and even worse how they are talking and dealing with the customers. I suggest not to buy or recommend any of the VIDEOCON products to anybody at all.

We are the dealer of Videocon International Limited, New Delhi and want to state below:

1.The company issued a scheme for the consumer in 2005 that when the y will buy 34” videocon colour Tv the company will give the customer 32” LCD Bond with free of cost to the customer.

We had purchased 2 nos 34” Videocon colour tv from the company through bill attached, till date the company did not issued the LCD.

2. Videcon issued ano the r scheme in 2009, last year that when the customer will buy videocon Ac, the company will provide free Mobile set to every buyers. The company rejected 4 forms of our customer and VIRGIN Mobile was not handed over to the customers.

Since last 2-3 years the company has failed and at last we have approached your Hon`ble authority to please help us, as because the company is fully responsible in providing wrong publicity and advertising. Company has totally refused.

The customer as well as the dealer like us are suffering from unnecessary harassment. One side company offers to promote the ir sales on the o the r side the company is failed in fulfilling the commitment. Hence the company has created monopoly over the schemes and making fool to the consumers. This is the violation of ASCI act promoting false advertisement and wrong schemes to the Indian buyers.

Another day pass by, no resolution.
Yesterday call was escalated to supervisor, He promised that this will be resolved at Priority within 24 hours.
Today called again & spoke to supervisor (Next level of CC), Again she promised the same thing : that we have taken note and your problem will be solved at priority. What priority ?
How many level of priority they have?
After much of deliberation she gave number of Nodal office ([protected]), which is not working.
On saying same, she replied that's the only way.
Great - call invalid number.
mailed same to customer care : and as expected they haven't replied.

NOTE : Anybody planning for Videocon, please rethink twice/thrice. If any way you opting than pray/ensure that you don't need Service support.

Enough is Enough
Videocon Service Support : is collection of irresponsible nerds.
Again spoke to Manager today : same bloody typical answer - We are doing our best and escalated your issue and will be resolved soon. Soon : which will never come.

Actually I should have patience but speaking to CC/manager irritates so much, that you feel to through Disc in their office.
I literary repent the Day I swithed from MSO to this bloody D2H. Whenever I had problem with cable guys - They wont claim much, but resolve problem in 1/2 days.
D2H makes you helpless.As for anything & Everything you have to call CC, which will politely say that you request has been and Service person will contact you soon & matter will be resolved. If this doesn't happen, call them again and listen to their .

Note :
1) They are cheating by Giving Non Function Nodal Officer contact.
2) Their mail [protected]@d2h won't reply
3) Service people won't call

in Sort if you are already D2H customer : Go * yourself (Nobody forced you to buy One)
If you are planning to buy D2H : God bless you (Somebody warned you)

Relocation done finally today.
But overall experience with Videocon was really bad.
The issue escalated through hierarchy, CC-Supervisor-SeniorSupervisor-TeamLeader-Manager, Every one will try to waste your time - Just fake promises, which even they may forget once you keep the phone. Even manager(Mr Gayas Loankar) level commitment won't help.

Somehow got connected to Mr Gurdeep () & Asst Manager Abhishek - They helped and issue finally got resolved.
