[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Repeated calls from Videocon Call center are very harassing and frustrating | |||
I am subscriber of Videocon D2H dish TV since last one year. Since last 1 month I have not used this dish connection because I was out of town and hence have not recharged my account. I daily receive calls from Videocon call center many times in a day and they always kind of furstrate by asking why I have not recharged my account, even when I made it clear to them I will get it recharged when ever I need to use it, but after this request even to date their calls have not stopped and frequency of calls is increasing day by day. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action in this regard, so that from next they should not pester and harass people unnecessarily.
