[Resolved] Videocon D2H — 50/- Debited Address change charges from your credit without information | |||
Respected sir, we had purchased your set of D2H on 7th Dec. 2011 it was installed at our place on the same day. After a month on 5th Jan when my husband tried to recharge the account online he had to create his login there it came to his notice that our address was wrongly upgraded by ur repesentative to avoid the correspondence problems by ur side he corrected the address. On 7th Jan.2012 we had recharged our account with 300 INR. at the same time we received the message that the next due is 7th feb. 2012. Now on 30th Jan 2012 i m receving the message from ur side stating that my due falls on 2 feb. 2012. n m also recieving the phone calls for the same reminding me of the recharge. But when i contacted the customer care services than only i came to know that Rs 50/- were deducted from our Account due to the address correction. Now that was not our fault it was the fault o[censored]r representative who had wrongly upgraded our address to ur system. I had launch complain for the refund of the same complain no. is 95550439, n was told that the query will be solved by sunday 5th Feb 2012. But in ur system it shows that the due is on 2nd Feb. 2012 . It is my humble request to u to look into the matter n try to solve it as soon as possible if my service gets diconnected on 2nd feb. 2012 than surely im going to the consumer forum. we were the customer of Z Dishtv for last 6 years but had never faced the problem though we had actually changed once the physical address. I have a videocon D2H connection, recently we have changed our residence address, from last 3 days we are facing issues in D2H connection(Showing message for technical error) Now the videocon customer care is asking Rs 125 for address change + the charges for Engineer who would come to correct the problem.
Thats such a injustice, all cable providers of area never ask for any charges, for any issues from there side and adress change for any local shift in area.They are wrongly charging customers and making them fool.They are cheaters.
