i have purchased washing machine 2 months ago it is not working properly. needs service engineer.

Hi , we have purchased a semiautomatic videocon washing machine ( model no : dolphin v c s 6b ) on 8oct 2008 from a jaipur dealer .

We are been feed up of the product from the day purchased . we have complained several times at the customer care , the water does not stops in the
Wash tub , it drains out immediately .

Every time the service engineer person comes up and does some thing in the machinery back side , at that time for a while the things get fine but after a day of so
Again the same problem starts up .

Finally one day they have changed a part of the machine also but still the problem is not solving . the service people in jaipur are now hopless and are not
Helping us now .

My vedeocon washing machine is not working . I gave a complaint to customer care service no [protected] on 15.02.10. They informed me with in 24 hours their technician will be visiting my residance. They gave me complaint no vik[protected]. After waiting three daya again i made call to them. They appolised and said soon they will send the technician. After that almost everyday i made a calls to them and used to here same answer from them. on 1st march-2010 they told that, they have cancelled mycomplaint and taken new complaint with out giving any reason. Even after that also nobody called and visited my place. Now please advise me how to proceed further

please send yor service engineer as soon as possible.

i have purchased vidiocon washig machine on 24-o6-2011 from LORDS electronics at vasai recipt number is 2261 they have not mantioned the model number and the type is 7 kg semi w/m but the machine is not taking load hardly it takes five to six number of cloths only when the shop keeper told us that we can wash nine to ten number of clothes so i request you please send the tecnition to solve the problem thanks

My fully automatic videocon washing machine stopped working .Videocon service team responded to our call and send the service guy in a day.The service person took Rs2850/-, gave a reciept on a Xeroxed bill and had vanished saying he will come back next day.Now it is almost over a month /30 days. Every alternate day I give a call they state they are waiting for the part.I am totally stuck.Please let me know what can I do .If I had my money back I could have paid it as a downpayment for my next machine.
