[Resolved]  Videocon Industries Ltd. — Worst product I ever purchased

Hi,
My name is Rati. We (me and my sister) purchased a Videocon fully automatic washing machine more than 1 year ago and it worked properly just for 3 times. After that there was some or the other problem. We purchased it from "NEXT" in Vikaspuri and after complaining for months, they finally sent someone who asked us to purchase the drainage pipe because it was not covered under warranty. We were not convinced and we left it as it is. But when the problem became too much for us to handle we called them again and after 3 months, on repeatedly calling them someone finally came and replaced the pipe for which we had to pay. Even after that he did not wait for us to check it and said that if there is any problem then we need to callback. We had no other option. As expected, machine dint work and we called them again to ask for refund and repair the washing machine but after that no1 came. We had to shift from Vikaspuri so we called up Videocon directly and someone came from there and fixed it but again it worked only twice after which we shifted to a new place and again planned to call Videocon customer care. After a month of shifting to the new place, I called up Videocon customer care but no1 turned up. Again after a few weeks, I called and someone came and fixed the machine. It worked 4-5 times and again some problem. Called again. No1 came for 4 days and then a phone call saying that my door was locked, which is a lie. Finally 6th day someone came and fixed the machine again and said that it will work fine now. But again the machine is not working. Problems have been like, drains from below the tub and not from the pipe, automatic system is not working and I have to manually check for water and then start and stop the tap accordingly, Water autocut does not work, if I just want to spin the clothes, I cannot etc etc.. I got no help from the dealer or the manufacturer. Its still under warranty and I expect a replacement with a better model. I am sick and tired of this now. One more issue : I lost the bill and everytime I went to NEXT, they said that the printer is not working. But after a year, someone from the same dealer took pains and finally emailed me the bill. Videocon customer care refused to provide me a copy of the bill or any proof of purchase.
