Videocon Industries Ltd. — No Service

We have lodged many many complaints for servicing VIDEOCON WASHING MACHINE. We have made the complaint for this maching not working properly for more then 20times since last 60days but now we are pissed and writing you about it. We have purchased this machine in January 2011

My Complaint Number are following:-

1) Complaint# MUM[protected] dt:20/06/2011
2) Complaint# MUM[protected] dt:27/06/2011
3) Complaint# MUM[protected] dt:16/06/2011


All are engineers are coming and saying that they will get the part but not coming. My Machine is under warrenty and still i am getting such kind of service.

As we discussed this matter with VIJAY SALES (Opera House, Mumbai) and they are also helpless and told us to make the complaint in consumer court only.
