I have purchased one washing M/C.( Vediocon VS 60STGL / 6.0 Kg - Grey Light) in cash on 23/01/11. It has been supplied on 25.01.11. On 25.01.11 at 3Pm 2 persons came for demonstration. They opened the sealed pack and found broken. They gave me the Job no. on which they made the remark " Broken Leg" and also captured a snap-shot of the broken portion. The Job No. is KOL-[protected] and advised for replacement.

I am sorry to say that your Uttarpara branch ( GREAT EASTERN APPLIANCES PVT.LTD. 2.G.T.ROAD,UTTARPARA,HOOGHLY) has not co-operate me .I don't know
when I get the replacement. The Invoice No. UP/CM/06621/10-11 Dt 23.01.11
