Videocon Kelvinator — NO SERVICE AND RESPONSE FROM SERVICE CENTER | |
I own a washing m/c of the Videocon Kelvinator Company , and got an AMC on that more than a year back. When I had problems in the working of the washing machine I raised complaint, which brought no response. After long follow ups and several phone calls later , an engineer came and said that they would put a new PCB in the machine. After several days, he brought a PCB in really bad state and put that which short circuited as soon as he switched on the supply. He brought another which did not work, and then we left the matter there, as he said he would procure a better one. A few months later when I had some lean time to make daily follow ups, I called again and the previous procedure started again. Then they fitted my machine with another old repaired PCB and closed all teh previous complaints. After a few days, it started malfunctioning and I complained again and told the customer care people about my long struggle, they as usual assured me and sent another engineer who said that he would report back and then went back and closed teh complaint. Then the service center people called up to confirm whether my machine was okay and I told them that it was NOT, so they asked to file another complaint. I am baffled what should I do?
