Excess EMI Taken My Loan No.4130CD00009074 I have purchased one Vediocon LCD TV 32" from Sayaji Radio House Dandia Bazar, Vadodara taken loan from Bajaj Finance & EMI Rs.1,125.00 The EMI finished in the month of July 2010 But I got SMS from Bajaj Finance 2nd August, Sept. & Octomber and it deducted from my A.C. of Central Bank. it is requested to recredit the amount of Rs. 1125 X 3 immediately otherwise i will filed compline in the consumer court also i giving in writing to RBI regarding you. please reply immediately and contect to me on my mobile [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I purchase LCD TV from Sayaji Radio House, Dandiabazar, Vadodara with 8 installment and you are already debited 10 installment from my Bank A/C.
