My name is Navdeep Walia and I stay in Gwalior .I am using videocon sim in my mobile for almost one year and since then only i am facing conectivity problem . I complaint many many times to customer care 121 but nothing happend . I even changed my hand set then also the same problem remains. My mob no. is [protected], please help me to solve .
