[Resolved] Videocon Mobile Services Ahmedabad — Urgently needed outgoing call records of my [protected] videocon prepaid card | |||
Dear, My name is Vimalkumar Bharatbhai Mistry. I am using Videocon prepaid card service from last 3 to 4 months. I am happy to use it. My special purpose is to use this card to talk with my wife, she is in Canada as, it is very affordable outgoing call rates. My wife also invited me to Canada(Spouse Visa). I am happy with this services. But now as my Canada file is in process, immigration officer Delhi require communication proof in terms of telephone record between me and my wife. So that purpose I urgently need my detail call records(outgoing calls details) from Videocon mobile services ahmedabad. My videocon mobile number is [protected]. I was meet the manager at videocon mobile services ahmedabad, he told me please send us email on [protected]@videocon.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@videocon.com and appellate.[protected]@videocon.com for your query. I was done the same on 23/Nov/2010 but still dates i don't get any update from videocon mobile services. I need to submit this detail before 10 december 2010 to immigration officer Delhi other wise my canada visa is refuse. So it's my humble request to you that, help me to get my videocon detail bills(outgoing call records) of last 3 to 4 months before 10 december 2010. Otherwise i will be in big trouble. Ridicules, there should be process of getting prepaid details bill. Like other telecom service provider provides the detailed bill on request (I do not require to give the name of other brands, all know very well). As this person have applied mails to their nodal officers and still not getting any feedback from Videocon. He’s asking for his own use as he needs to show some proof for getting visa. Kindly request to Videocon Mobile Service Provider to get him details as he wants in very urgent. My best wishes with you Vimal Mistry. Hope you get your detailed bill very soon.
