[Resolved] Videocon Mobile V1305 — Failure of service | |||
I have purchased a Videocon mobile model No: V-1305 on 6-7-2010 from Saravana Stores, T.Nagar, Chennai. Despite its very less usage, it got a motherboard related issue in the month of November 2010. I submitted the same to an autherised service center of Videcon, RT Outsourcing on 30-Nov-2010. Nearly three months they did not returned my handset rectified. I have sent so many mails and called so many times directly to their customercare, but no use. The service center (RT) was forcing me from the second week onwards, when ever I enquire about the status, to talk to the customercare because they also did not get any reply from the department concerned. So many '72 hrs deadline' was promised by their custmercare people with an assured call back, but nothing happened till date. Mentioning the same, I have sent a mail to their Nodal officer on 24-Feb-2011 as a threaded email with all the previous mail attached to it. On[protected], I got his reply, rediculously asking me to contact the customercare. I have last three recordings of the conversations with them. Now my demand is 'they must replace me with a new handset, because it won't be a near to compensation to my pain and strain suffered. I have given enough time to them, and it seems, they just respond when we call, and forget about our complaint the next moment. They never have any parts to rectify any problem (their usual excuse for delay). What shall I do further in this regard? Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
