[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile V1675 Model — Need Hands free set

I have a Videocon Mobile V1675 model. I had lost handsfree set given to this mobile. Iam tried to reach the Videocon Service center they made me come to the office for weekly once. I had visited 4times and wasted one month of time, service center expressed that they cannot arrange the handsfree set. Later I had called the call center of Videocon and directed me to Planet-M. I had spoken to Planet-M, Shop which is situated near Secunderabad Railway station, and it is more than two weeks Iam not in a position to get my handsfree.

Can this complaint be viewed by the marketing department of Videocon and arrange me a handsfree for me. My mobile number is [protected].
