I am neelgandan. K from chennai. this is regarding my videocon mobile V1750. don't go for buying videocon mobiles because of its very pooorrrrrrrr service to customer. very big story for that mobile as bellow,
Dear Team,
Sorry to say that this is very bad service form videocon mobile because last 22-November 2010 (Call No. CN1-VG[protected]DW)
am given my mobile but now also my handset not return back. I don't have any other handset what will do this this very very worst service for customers. Other wise give any stand by handset for me.

I bought videocon mobile of model V1750 in month March (dated 10/03/2010) having IME no.[protected] but the touch screen not working and then service 3 time in accel Frontline service center in pune location.
Call Numbers as follows:
1. 30th March 2010 --> PUN-VG[protected]DW
2. 9th April 2010 PUN-VG[protected]DW
3. 12th April 2010 -->PUN-VG[protected]DW
Afeter 3 time of service the same problem had. Then my Mobile was replaced with new headset V1750 having IME No.[protected] (dated 27/04/2010). Again the same problem happened then given for service in accel frontline service center in Chennai location because of now am shifted to Chennai location.
Call Number:
1. 17th September 2010 --> CN1-VG[protected]DW
Now also the same problem happened. What is the permanent solution for me? Other wise I will go the consumer court, I have the entire document with me.

Its 10 days over for my hand set given to service center but now also am not getting back my mobile, I will publish for this issue for all web site in my blogs for saying that don't go for videocon mobile its very worst service and complaint in consumer court also.

Videocon Mobile V1750 — Mobile not working
This mail regarding my videocon mobile.I buy videocon mobile of model V1750 in month April (dated 07/04/2010) having IME no.[protected] & [protected].
imidatede after 10 days i was face problem of my touch screen , my mobile screen was totally inactive.. i lock call at 19/04/2010 & i received another mobile on 27/04/2010 having IME no.[protected].
but the mobile i received was not packed one.
Then again after 6 month i face same problem of touch screen & another problem of ear speaker.
This all story happen in last 8 month. i was suffered a lot due to this. Also I wary about my many i almost spend 7500 Rs.
Conclusion is i don’t have any faith that such problem will not come again. Also I know that after end of warranty period defiantly videocon will not help me in this matter.
I am not interested to use videocon mobile. Right now I don’t have any mobile with me as your service center inform me it will take 12 to 15 days to repair or replace mobile.
I hope this mail will help me.
