[protected] > Model no. V 1602 > I had purchaded videocon sim card & paid for internet > facility. > It is found that internet is not working & many try had > done by videocon representative mr. Umang deputed at above > store on[protected]. Earlier some other representative also > tried to set it up & then he lodged compalint also. > Mr. Umang then gave mobile to service centre & after 12 > days he said that still problem is not resolved. Then Planet-M had given me service jobsheet no. P41051 dated[protected]. They also gave me gate pass cum delivery challan dated[protected] with call ID Brd-VG[protected]DW of accel frontline services limited. I made many reminders till then still today I do not get back my mobile phone. I had talk on videocon toll free no.[protected] with Mr. Harsh Kumar ( on date[protected] & he gave me ref ID no. AKR[protected]IB Again I talk on videocon toll free no. (on date[protected] with Mr. Vijay & he gave me another ref ID no. VSAH[protected]IB. Thus despite almost many reminders I am unable to get reply / confirmation to get back my mobile handset.
