Hi My mobile number is [protected] and my name is RAMAKRISHNAN.A. Let me come to point " i had called up for the videocon customer care on 6th and 7th mar 2011 just for the GPRS setting but in your office agents are putting me in hold for 15 mins in every call s and i almost call to you for five or seven times but my issue is not resolved on that day and also in the bpo office they are not following the hold script and transfer details. no one also not transfering me by warm transfer every one done the blind transfer. what is this happening in your office , if it is continew i am very sure videocon cant able to give the good service for the customers . make sure that the agents must aware about the all information s. and also i should get the reply from your concern regarding this mail. thanks A.RAMAKRISHNAN. video con poor service - THE ONLY POSTIVE POINT IS TARRIF AND NETWORK, BUT YOU NEVER GET THE RECHARGE AT NEEDY TIME, CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO, PROFESSIONALISM ZERO, MOBILE IS THE DEVICE WHICH IS FOR NEEDY HOURS BUT IF YOU USE VIDEOCON IT WILL NOT HELP YOU AT NEEDY HOURS, I AM TRYING RECHARGE FOR BOOSTER FOR LAST 10 DAYS ALL THE SHOPS IN PAMML CHENNAI SAYING NETWORK ISSUE AND SALES MAN NOT PICKING THE CALL, IF YOU CALL 121 YOU CANNOT REACH THE CUSTOMER SERIVICE THAT MUCH EASILY, I THINK VIDEOCON PEOPLES EXPECTING ADVANCE BOOKING TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. NO PAPER RECHARGE VOUCHERS, NO 3G COVERAGE, IF YOU CALL 198 YOU CAN HEAR MUSIC FOR LONG BUT YOU CAN'T REACH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMPLAINTS SECTION, IF YOU LOST YOUR MOBILE AND WANT TO INFORM TO VIDEOCON TO BLOCK THE SIM YOU NEED TO CALL 198 BUT YOU CANNOT MAKE THE COMPLAINT, NO ONLINE RECHARGE- YOU CANNOT FIND THE RECHARGE SHOP FOR VIDEOCON IN CHENNAI, VERY RARE RETAILERS HAVING VIDEOCON RECHARGE, --- ALL TOGETHER VIDEOCON IS NOT GOOD FOR GENUINE USERS, ONLY KIDS CAN HAVE IT.
