I had taken a Videocon prepaid mobile sim card on 30 Nov 10. Within 4 - 5 days sim card was blocked. When I complained this to customer care they advised me that I have to change my sim card from any videocon gallery. I did it. After 7 - 8 days my outgoing calls are blocked (barred) and again I complained it to customer care, then they told me, to produce address proof and identity proof, then I had given pan card xerox and to whom soever it may concern which is issued by my organisation (Indian Navy). Later some 10 - 12 days again my sim card is blocked, that time I complained to customer care again, then they are telling me that my sim card is no more to use, and i have take a new sim card and my balance will not added in the new sim card and i have to pay new sim card charges. This is what happened to me within a month of time. because of all these thing I get so much irritated and scolded many times to my family members. Now I want some compensation for what I have do the expenditure for moving videocon gallery and all. In this regard please suggest me what I can do?
