i had bought videocon 165 Ltr refrigerator in oct 2008 from shop called NEXT in laxmi nagar of east delhi.... after a year the refrigerator has started giving many problems.... the local engineers claims that the compressor of the refrigerator has breakdown.... please instruct the concerned shop to replace this refrigerator immediately..... We have purchased Refrigerator model No. S180 SSDX D GR from Videocon tower, E-1, jhandewalan extn., New Delhi. The refrigerator is not working properly.Refrigerator is in warentty period . We wan’t to complaint .
Kindly arrange technician to check the Refrigerator.

S180 Refrigerator — Failure from last one week
Dear Sir,We have purchaged a refrigerator from Akash Store Masangang Bilaspur on 02/08/06. Ihave given complaint to Akash Stores on 02/08/08. Engineer has visited and checked the refrigerator but stil there is no any action taken on this. Compressor is not working as per your service engineer.
There will be expenses up to Rs. 900=00 (Rs. Nine Hundred Only) while it is under warranty.
Please see the matter and instruct to concerning person to attend the job at the earliest.
