[Resolved]  Videocon / Refrigerator — new fridge not in working

We purchase a new refrigerator of VIDEOCON Company from authorized dealer at Jodhpur (Deep’s Gallery, main chopasani road, opp. Niayon ki bagechi, Jodhpur phone no.[protected], [protected]), within two days we found there are cooling problem then we intimate to dealer and he replace the fridge, but within week time again we found the same problem in new one, we contact to dealer and he complaint to service center then we availed the facility of Videocon Group Authorized Service Centre to service my Refrigerator Model No. vcl303, for not cooling properly. The service engineer visited and diagnosed TIMER are not work properly and suggest for replacement, we agreed but NO Response from service center within next 3-4 days for the same replacement then we again contact to service center vide complaint number JOD [protected], second day Mr.Mohsin ([protected]) come and check within 5 minute he call another person for the same and simply Go Back then second day we again call him 4 time in full day but he not response then in evening one person Mr.Jitendra ([protected]) came from Videocon and check machine and say that we will come tomarrow and change the timer switch. But again situation came as it is we call to all releted persons but no response, next day mr. jitendra come and replace the timer switch and say to stop the machine for next 12 hours, ok we agreed, next day we start the machine by 10.00 AM and simply wait for response but after one hour we found that the machine are not in working simply light on in almira.
We depressed and again contact to dealer but he completely refuse her responsibility for the same, we contact SERVICE CENTER again and request to attend our complaint but till now I suffer and simply see the VIDEOCON STEEL ALMIRA (Present condition of our Fridge) many time we contect Mr.Manoj [protected] AREA MANAGER, Customer Care, Videocon But the response are still pending till now.
