Dear Sirs,

This has reference to my complaint dated 8th August 2010 regarding Videocon Refrigerator .
I have not received any reply from Videocon regarding my complaint neighter phone call from Videocon ..
I am in constant touch with Gem Electronics a shop from whom I have purchased nnw Videocon Refrigerator Model No 193.This model found defective when repaired by your representative once after six month the date of purchase i e from 13 the October 2009.And now also same CHOCK UP PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE.
I have to request you to instead of repairing again replace this with another new refrigerator FREE OF CHARGE since it is still under Waranty.

Last acknowledgement received from you and mentioned contact 121.Kindly give me Land Line No of Videocon and contact person so that I can explain in details.
