Videocon SIM — Unwanted subscription and balance deduction

Videocon — unwanted deduction of money from my a/c

Dear sir,
I am the customer of videocon number.& today at nearly 10"clock i have a call from u in which i have hear 2 song in it .After i have selected 0 as per instruction for non subcribtion of any song .then also my a/c balance is deducted by u .Pls do need ful help

It very disgusting one cannot belive in the instruction of the company .

Sir, i am salahuddin ansari using videocon sim last one year,
Last few days ago gov has announced there is no roaming charge avalable in any telicom company in all over india , but my sim card is mumbai circle tommarrow i am in bhiwandi (maharastra) my balance has deducted in incocmmin call why

I am devi using Videocon sim No [protected]. I had unwanted subscription of services.and detuicted balance. from my mobile a/c many time i gave copmplaint through 198.after 2 days its resolved. but again this problem came. and In a day 100 of time I tried to 198 for complaint . but I cant reach the 198. I am working person I am not able to figfht with you. totally you are cheating to the customers. your services are very very very bad. today morning 6.44 am I had one unwanted supscription. totay you should rectify ths problem and reverse my deduting amount. if not I will give written complaint against you network and I will surrender our 150 connecton of our office nos.
