[Resolved] Videocon TV 29" — Blue Line | |||
Hi, I bought a Videocon 29" TV few days ago and now from few days there is BLUE Line appear in the screen, expect nothing. I register a complain on Videocon Customer Service Center on 10th Oct'10 and they give me a complain number, Now today already 5 days passed none of the executive or none of them get in touch. In between i contacted another 4 days and each time one of the call center representative telling "I am sending a reminder to service company, Your complain resolved shortly. " They provide me the shop number(High Tech solution) they probably will handle my complain. That shop again give me Service Engineer number, ([protected]-Raj kumar) When i told service Engineer is that TV set come UNDER WARRANTY. They just told me that i will handle today. But so far nothing. I got frusted with the service provided by Videocon. If any of you are trying to BUY Videocon Set make sure you have enough in your hand. Since if something got wrong after product purchase you only need to sack your head and you will waste your time with their Customer Care. Best to move on "Consume Court" for time saving. I am also facing the same patches issue on videocon television, and the videocon service enggs are insolent, arrogant and uncooperative.
I launch complaint for patches on television and the service engg from cool control system (Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad) came to my house. I showed him the bill and guarantee card to prove that my television is under warranty period but that didnt satisfy him, he wanted photocopy of bill and guarantee card to be given to him. But neither the customer care executive nor the service center in-charge ever intimate to be equipped with the photocopy of bill and guarantee card. I wanted to rush to get the photocopy but the service engg said he is too busy to wait for the photocopy so he will visit again tomorrow. And he never showed up again. 2 days later I got a message from Videocon that my complaint ticket has cancelled. When I called to customer care again they said my ticket was cancelled because I didnt had relevant bills.Can you imagine how frustrating it would be to listen that? And even more frustrating thing is Videocon never tried to confirm with me weather I had the bill.
I have launch a complaint again today.
I'll keep posted about the surprises waiting for me.

Respected Sir,
I Divyesh Zala Want to inform u that I was Purchase New videocon TV 29" & Videocon d2h disc dt.30/07/2010 from Next Retail India Ltd. Akota, Vadodara, Gujarat.
After Instolation Tv & disc Same day we watch many patch(dhabba) red,blue,white,yellow colur on TV screen at a time i called to Next shop and tell about patch but the sales maneger said that i will send ur TV complain to Videocon Service Centre.
after 2 days the engineer came my house and Said that TV is ok there is no patch on screen.we said that patch is seen when TV is on for 1 or 2 hours. but he has no time & he go back.
and same complain i tell to Next shop & I request to please change my defective tv . but they say that if videocon com.’s engineer say that TV is defective then we will do some thing and that type or complaine I repetly tell them 3 time but they will not give complain no. and do further for my complaine.
I thought that Next Retail India Ltd. Is good for its service and costumer’ care. But I was wrong.
So I want to know that what to do for my complain of Change TV pls. reply. Other wise I must go for “customer care” or “Grahak suraksha”
