[Resolved] Videocon Window Ac — For Changing Defective AC with New One | |
I Have Purchased Videocon Window Air Conditioner Model No. VAW 1822 vide Serial No.[protected] on 01.08.2009 from shop name "Freezing Point" from Mahim, Mumbai 400016. Till date this AC has has got repaired for Motor Burning, Some Big sound coming of compessor, and Some other Problem because company people tell everytime some other problem and takes machine at workshop for repairing for two days and bring back. I have asked them to change this defective Machine with New One but Videocon people ask to contach Shop "Freezing Point" from where you have purchased and Shop people ask to contact Videocon, But till date no body is ready to replace this Defective Machine with New One.
