[Resolved]  Videocon / Window Ac — blower fan is not working

I have purchased a videocone window AC, Model No:VWS-52226
on 01.06.2008. But just after one month it is malfunctioning. Burning smell coming out from the AC and Blower is not working. now I am thinking that I have done a mistake by purchasing this brand. It is more painful for not attending the complain by the service people. IF only after one month this AC is giving trouble then what will happen after one or two year. it is very very sad thing that company is advirtising its product in big way but the quality and service is not at par with internationally reputed brand. Company may please be directed to improve in this regard and defective product may please be returned back just like NOKIA MOBILE BATTERY if the company wants to grow and sustain in business otherwise it will face the fate like LAMBY SCOOTER or FIAT CAR.
