[Resolved]  Videocon Window Ac — Poor response by customer care centre

I stay in DDA Flats Dwarka Sector-13 Pocket-A,New Delhi-110075
I have a videocon Window AC model VKW51CE1 purchased in Aug 2009. The same is under warranty.
I made a complaint for second FREE service of AC so that I can start using the AC in this 2010 summer. My complaint no. is DEL [protected] dated 22 Mar 2010. No engineer cared to attend my complaint till date[protected]. I used to call the customer care centre everyday,but, they simply give a pet reply that my case will be solved urgently. Even after 8 days nothing happened. I am unable to use my AC for want of service engineer's visit. I do not know how to escalate my complaint since there is no provision with the VIDEOCON company. Moreover I do not find any monitoring mechanism exist to track the complaint. Videocon is just FOOLING customer like this. Another interesting thing is that their service provider APPOLO SERVICES, Tagore Garden informed me today that they no longer service Videocon AC in DWARKA area. Accordingly I informed the customer care centre. They are not aware of stoppage of service by Appolo. It is really strange.

The summary is that I am still scorching in this Summer days of Delhi and I am not sure when my problem will be solved by VIDEOCON.
