[Resolved] Vijay Sales — not working from the day i procure it | |||||
I bought Eureka Forbes's vacuum cleaner from Vijaysales, Borivali(W), on 16th of July,2013. as per the instruction written in the manual, equipment can be use for 3hours non-stop. Actually, equipment stopped working in 2hours only and now not starting again. i registered the complaint with Vijaysales on 17th in the afternoon. as per the attendant, problem will be addressed and resolved in 3days. Today is the 7th day but no one from Vijaysales (being a seller) OR from Eureka Forbes (being a manufacturer & service provider) has attended the issue. As per the bill, the seller is not liable to exchange the product and as per the product manual, equipment/product sold will be examined by the service provider for sufficient time and then only replacement will be given. Service center personnel calling, twice in a day from last three days but no one has come till today. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Bought sharp refrigerator from Vijay sales. it not functioning properly. all vegetables and food are getting wasted. and we have already done the compailnt to vijay sales for the same in same week of purchase. but till now it is not reolved and they not ready to replace it Ridiculous companies with the after-sales service and support.
