Dear Sir I have received your letter 80355712/Cash/20082009/ban07/394/4613/R.L.No. 149215 dated 31.12.2008, whereby you have stated that you have dispatched a ch. no. 149785 dated 31.12.2008 of Rs. 26279/- to HDFC Bank Ltd., Model Town Rewari- 123401 for crediting the same to my Saving A/c No. [protected] against settlement of PF accumulations. Till date the same has not been credited to my saving bank account on account of mis- written of my account no, where double 44 before 9940 should be single 4. I have written a registered letter to you on Mar 03, 2009 requesting the rectification of the letter and sending the revised request to HDFC Bank Ltd., Model Town, Rewari to credit the same to my saving bank account no. [protected]. So far no body from the office of the RPFC, Mumbai has taken pain in either replying the same or rectification of the same. I have tried to contact on telephone, but it is very hard to even contact either no reply of the telephone is left unattended or kept on hold for indefinite. The evidenc of the same can be produce, if required. With this mail/ complaint, i would like to request again to get it recticy at the earliest with an intimation to us. I had been worked in Quality Assurance Department from 07.01.2008 & relieved on 17.05.2010. The PF /PPF withdrawal form has been submitted on 28.01.2011 but in waiting for the same till date.

Wockhardt Ltd. — PF not settled
Dear sir,I have worked for M/S Wockhardt Ltd. from Feb2007 to Sep2007 (emp id 803453). My PF contribution of Rs.916 from my salary has been deposited in the PF A/c No. MH1151/12272. After leaving the organisation I had applied for the PF settlement through M/S Wockhardt Ltd on 06/12/2007.
Now I need to know the status as why it could not been deposited to my ICICI bank A/c No.[protected].
Please update me for the same.
