Virgin Mobile (India) — VFlash Data Card Issue

2 months back i have purchased one V Flash (Instrument) Data card for using internet services of Virgin mobile. I placed an order online and their sales executive came to my office and delivered me the card with all required formalities. for ID proof i have given my passport copy and for address proof i have given bank passbook photocopy and i am working for the same bank. They immediatly started my postpaid connection and i was using it normally.. suddenly one day it was stopped working, i thought it may be some network problem but my service was stopped by them because of document missing or related some issue.. i tried to contact them but their customer care no.[protected] never works. I called on different no. but they told we don't have any information. Then 1 day they called and told u have to submit your document in Bandra , The Mobile Store and they gave address also. i went and submitted the documents but still it did not start working. i again tried to contact them but failed to do so. Then i called on customer care of virgin Mobile rather than of V Flash data card, they told me you go to borivili east and there is one shop "ONE MOBILE", Shop No. 7 in some appartment. I went there and asked abt this issue and they told we don't even have any brand like virgin and you are talking about to give details.

This whole issue took 2 months. I am a working proffessional and not get time to take any action on these issue but when i got this much dissatisfaction with a brand like virgin to whom i am brand loyal, i am forced to complained.

I had purchased that instrument of Rs.2300 and that instrument is useless for me now.

please take this complaint as serious as you can because i don't know how many people like me have also faced this problem

yes, you are right recently only i recharged my virgin number with 44rs gprs pack, and i recieved that sms mid night, that rec for rs 44 with 2 gb free access, and get add tt of rs 20, and i did that recharge the next day, but i did'nt recieve tt till now, and also called cc so many times, but giving different responses, but still tt not added, and in addition unable to browse gprs, finally i trashed that sim so guys please please do get virgin, and even tatadocomo number, which is totally useless and waste of money.
I have same problem with virgin data card. has your problem solved??

they are forcing me to pay by calls from polish & advocates.

not activated tariff plan after recharge

sir today i recharge 37 tarrif plan but i don't use their benifit. customer care don't give any reason for this and he disconnected my call...
