[Resolved]  VISA BILL PAY — Amount Debited

VISA Bill Pay is a fraud company or with Zero customer support.

Dont make any payment using VISA Bill PAy, Because you may never know in the busy schedule about what happened to your money which went via VISA Bill Pay.

I made payment via VISA to Biller "MTNL Mumbai" on 27th May 2014. I started getting payment reminder calls from MTNL on 2nd June. So i emailed [protected]@billdesk.com

I got the below reply

As re-confirmed with the biller, this payment has been updated at the billers end on 29.05.2014.

But i calledup MTNL Customer Care, they said the payment is not received.

I emailed VISA Three times and they gave me the same response. On 4th June also i get same reply.

There is nothing i can do. I feel helpless because there is no accountability.

Visa bill pay is Fraud comapy because they do not have any contact no or any acknowledgement system


IS there any phone no please advice

i am registered user of visabillpay.in with email id [protected]@ymail.com, where i have found the services are very poor. i have made payment on 24.12.09 having due date of bill was 26.12.09, but my biller received payment on 30.12.09 resulting late payment charges imposed by biller.
the response of visabillpay is very pathetic, i was just wanted to know if my account debited on 24.12.09 and biller received payment on 30.12.09, who has enjoyed that money for the 6 days and under which authority.
i think RBI should take such things into account and frame some guidelines to regulate such unfair practice.

I am sure that this is fraud.What about registering a complaint at consumer protection court.

I paid my bill through Visabillpay.in on 18 march 2014 but even after 2 days it is not delivered to idea. I have also written an email but did to get any reply yet.mobile no is [protected]. visa bill pay txn id[protected] not update my phone

Visa bill pay is Fraud company dont trust them i paid my electricity bill and payment was successfully done but same bill amount was added in next month bill also I sent an email but did not get any response I paid double amount for my electricity bill because of visa bill, please dont trust them.
