[Resolved] Viveks & Co. , T. Nagar, Chennai — IFB Washing Machine Installation | |||
I paid amount for buying an IFB washing machine from Viveks & Co, T.Nagar on 21/05/2011. I myself called twice or thrice to them to deliver my washing machine... Then till today I myself alone call them everytime... But there is no proper response from them. They told they have raised a complaint... When I asked for the complaint no they told it has not been raised yet... I need a proper reply from them and want them to come home and make the machine ready to use ASAP... Will any shop/dealer accepts when we ask them to deliver the product and get payment after a week. Then why the hell we customers alone wait for them... Is this called customer service???? You now call them and tell that you would initiate a Consumer case against them if you don't receive the washing machine by this evening, They will definitely respond. If not send a Legal Notice immediately.
