[Resolved]  VMC Developers And Realtors — Cheating of Sale N A Plot at Shahpur

I am Savita Dhone , I had Purchase one N A Plot from VMC at Shelloter Location with full payment on March 12 and registration process also done, but main process of transfer 7/12 Peper is still pending by VMC Team last 4 months, I aggressively follow-up with Mr, John, Mr Dhiraj and Mr Datta ( Manager )even owner Mr Rajan Jadhav….. but they are giving only postpone dates for the same till date… even I submitted personally this documents to talathi ….. They say , transfer Process of 7/142 is not possible due to deal is not proper as per rule and it may resale your plot to other party also by VMC after long time waiting by you… I am toll ally irritated by VMC Management Team ….. Please Help us what to do…..

I also purchased plots at Shahapur, , I have paid upfront payment of Rs 10000 and rest in monthly chq, they have taken PDC for 6 months and now even after that they are not calling us back or follow up for the payment which are due. When I asked at the office they say some un common excuses, which definetly shows their way o[censored]n- professionalism .I really dont know whter to pay the rest of the payment and as its been told you will get the plot after 3yrs and they keep on sayng we are under procedure of Treansfering the Agricultural Plot to N.A, when askes show us the document proof they are quite, Really dont knwo kindly help me out as i am in big dilema gitesh.[protected]@gmail.com

I too purchased 4 plots from them and paid the advance amount of 1 lakh in advance. Mr.Aditya and Mr.Purandar were v ery helpful and sweet till paid the amount. Now they have suddenly disappeared and Mr.Aditya's phone is switched off. When I call their office the recorded message says " the office is closed from 6th of Feb, 2013 till 23rd of Feb, 2013." which is simply not possible for any business house. I was given all filmsy reasons which are very funny for a business house. I donot know what to do, please help me. You have said 3 points, we will go point to point by them..

1.VMC office was closed 6feb to 23 feb---this message was regarding our backoffice(not regarding marketing team) which was working without any leave at November, December & Janeury at closing time of vihang city project...n is there any logic that u have felt it funny?

2. mr.Aditya's phone was switched off...So let me remind you mam in 1st week feb aditya was on leave because there was a savior operation of aditya's hart patient father & when u asked me that why aditya's phone is switched off, that time I was told u this reason...then also i[censored] r blaming him then its not good...and also think once that you awas not a alone customer of aditya for whom aditya will switch off his phone and hide somewhere.

3.you have posted this all because u have got your agreement in feb 2nd week.but I would like to remind u mam and would like to let this known to all that celine mam's booking amounts cheque was bounced when presented in bank in 2nd week of jan.thenafter she given new cheque in last week of jan which was cleared...and as per our commitment of M.O.U. within 15 days after clearence of the booking amount cheaque was handovered to her after 15 days of her cheaque clearence.
isnt this true mam?

Ya ok I do agree with u..but my cheque wasnt bounced because of low balance it was due to little mistake in signature.
i still dont know how your back office can take 16 days long leave.
and ok mr.Purandar & mr.Aditya I have got my M.O.U. after 17 days you were otwo days late & now I have got the reason why it was delayed...ok it was signature mistake..leave it...now I have no issue with mr.Purandar & mr.Aditya..thnank you.

"VMC estate" project is keep incomplete without handover plots ( total 173 Plots, Handover only 31 plots) even no encouragement to customers to develop land purposely ...

" VIHANG CITY" project booking complete from 2009 to Jan 2013 ... Land Proposed NA but when ?????? wait and watch for next 4 years, more than 5000 costumers (but collection amount very good) this project also keep incomplete and Now louche
" VISHWAMBHAR LOWNS...
My request to VMC plase complit at least one Project completely... which is our old NA Plot VMC Estate, to give example, your aim is not only collect money from conman people

I was also planning to buy and spend for more than 2 plots in Vishwambhar and Vrindavan Project but after reading all these negative comments let me take back my hands.

Looks like VMC is just intereested in collecting money from people and develop their own Building Construction in same area which they can later sale with big money. If this is the case then people must take cautious steps and request VMC to first show the Plot. Client can make personal visit. Inquire there with nearer peoples and if have confidence then only one can invest. This can help.

I had also purchase 2 plot of 1076sq/ feet from vmc group in Apr 2013. I have paid
50k by cheque and my monthly EMI would be Rs.2000 for 5 yrs. However, they made agreement paper on rs.20 stamp paper which I guessed not valid if there would be any fraud I won't even complaint on this basis. I am countinoulsy requesting pls provide me agreement on minimum 100 Rs stamp paper bt they refuse to do it. Now I feel I want my money back, can anyone help me to withdraw the same, I can even ready to pay charges for the same. Details as follows,

Dear, All clients of VMC DEVLOPERS, This is mr. Balkrishna frm Mumbai. I hv purchased 4 plots in 2009,
their is initialy some process delay fr transfer of 7/12 but after commentd period, i got my all transfer papers including 7/12 also.
I purchased 4 plots at very low cost and nw my NA plots rate as per market very high. I 50 times more returns amount which I could not get in any other areas investment. I still looking to buy NA plots in new projects, because this is the only place I assure
tht my investment returns me very good manner as compare to other sector.
I have purchased 2 plots in Shahapur, the project of Vmc Developers Vihang City in 2008 and in 2013 I got possession of my plot after all my post dated cheques were cleared. I always got a very good response from the VMC team for all my concerns and questions. All the papers are full proof and up to date. Very happy with VMC group !! :)

hi, myself Kalpana Bhosale from Khopoli booked 1 plot from vmc

as i am staying in Khopoli, it was difficult to come and collect the receipt of booking amount and the agreement copy, but vmc staff was very nice and helpful and they sent the documents by courier in time. i am purpously mentioning this, as i read the negative reviews about this.

any authority of VMC developers,

Mysel[censored]jjwala S. Karpe and I have booked 4 plots in scheme by Vision E-Mall Corporation (VMC developers) at vishwambar lawn project on 21st jan, 2013. Today is 13 august, 2013, its been almost 7 months and in last week (after cont. follow-up from my side only) they gave me an excuse saying that they have lost my 6 post-dated cheque which I personally handed over to Mr. Aditya and Mr. John (Executive attendants of VMC). so When I called at their HO at majiwada to check status about my record so I got shocking answer saying that they dont have any booking record with respect to my own as well as my husband's name.
SO HERE ARE MY QUERIES FOR ALL THOSE SENIORS OF VMC DEVELOPERS WHO REPLIES TO THIS POSTS AS DID EARLIER :
1) WHY THERE IS 7 MONTHS DELAY IN FORWARDING RECORD REGARDING MY BOOKINGS?
2) EVEN AFTER 7 MONTHS CONT. FOLLOW-UP BY MY SIDE ONLY, STILL WHY THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE LOST MY 6 CHEQUES?
3) WHY VMC DEVELOPERS AUTHORITY DO NOT TAKE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN KEEPING CUSTOMER RELATIONS GOOD (MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE)?
4) AS PER YOUR CONDITIONS MENTIONED EARLIER IF WE ARE FAULTY IN PAYMENT OF ANY INSTALLMENT OR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING FROM OUR SIDE THEN WE WILL HAVE TO SUFFER 50% DEDUCTION OF OUR BOOKING MONEY, SO NOW IN MY CASE ALL THE DELAY AND FAULTS ARE FROM VMC DEVELOPERS SO ON SUCH NUISANCE BEHAVIOR WHAT WILL BE ACTION FROM YOUR AUTHORITY?

Its A.Ahmad I have invested in 1 plot at Asangaon with VMC developers, though my booking payment check of 25, 000/- has been cleared 2 months back I havent received any documentation yet from them. I am worried now. Was thinking of going with Shahapur investment too but after reading all the feedbacks I am negative about it. Thanks for sharing ur dilemmas. I searched many places as to how too confirm VMC developers authenticity but came across none. Its my lifes hard earned money that I invested even my poor deaf friends have invested at Asangaon. I can only wish that they are genuine else all those who r involved in the fradulent act will b taken care of by god.

Me and my deaf friends have invested in 1 plot each with VMC developers at Asangaon. My 25000/- booking payment has been cleared but I haven't received any documents related to it yet. After reading the above I can only wish that we are not being cheated else god is there to punish each involved in this fraudulent act.
