[Resolved]  VMC Developers And Realtors — Cheating of Sale N A Plot at Shahpur

I have gone recently to view the plots at Sahahpur and the whole concept looks so real but null and void to me. The say the plot to get N/A will take about 2 years and if not then the money will be refunded back at 8.5%. How to trust these people coz they make an agreement on a stamp paper with a Notary stamp and signature which is not valued today as per the undertakings. There is no Sat Bhara also given for the plot that one is buying and finally in the end one has to take what they have invested at the same price and say good bye and be happy or run for your money. I feel never take any chance if there is no Sat Bhaara for the land as the Developer just wants your money so that he can invest on other property and make his fortune. SO BEWARE EVERY BODY WHO EVER IS INVESTING ON THIS PLOTS AT SAHAHPUR FOR TOMORROW DO NOT CRY THAT YOUR MONEY IS LOST.

I was planning to buy plot in Shahapur. But as per above reviews and many complaints of localities I dont want to purchase the plot of VMC Developer which is located in Shahapur (Rs.150/-Per Sqft & Rs.2000/-Emi).

I think you should take it up with civil court and they will help you getting justice. If require take help from Media as well.

Dear All VMC Customers,

This is Mahendra More, I am one of the customer like you all. Remember 1 thing we have invested in VMC plot scheme as it is very cheap comparing to others. Nobody will give you plot at this cost. If we want high return in short span of time some risk will be there. If anybody want safe and guaranteed well done scheme then you can approach other developers i.e. Soft Corner, Disha Direct but for that you have to pay 10 times more cost.

So, this is advice
Option 1 : Less money investment - High Return = Keep some patience and take some risk.
Option 2 : Big money investment - Moderate Return = Peace of mind

Choice is yours.

I chosen option 1 after study and comparison, seeing the number of year the VMC is in this field.

I have purchased 2 plots in Shahapur, in 2012 I always got a very good response from
the VMC team for all my concerns and questions. All the papers are full
proof and up to date. Very happy with VMC group

VMC is the best place for investment and all the documents are full proofed

Yesterday only i have visited VMC's site at shahpur and was really impressed with the presentation but the offer they gave me that tend me to check the reviews and my doubt was corret.. They were offering me 1057 sq ft plot free on purchase of same size plot with one time payment ..

I got a call from vmc for some NA project at rs. 150psft, I think it can't be possible to give a plot in such low rates
As i visited to their office i have done site visit and after all the investigation i have booked a plot with all genuine documents

I sadru vadsariya had bought 3 NA plot at shahpur on 31/3/14. We have given full payment of Rs. 1, 05, 000/- to Mr. Deepak N. Rajput and Ms. Sawpna Waghmare, they have taken our money in their personal account and not giving any answer to our phone call. They have close their Vartak Nagar office also and ran way.
