[Resolved]  VMC Developers And Realtors — Cheating of Sale N A Plot at Shahpur

This is the biggest fraud, set of most unprofessional and cheat owners and employees, I have booked 5 plots in this project since Sep 2011 and have been paying EMI every month without fail, i was promised project will be completed and N.A plot will be given by December 2013, now its June 2016 and i am still waiting, when i contact the employees they all give wrong, incomplete information, no one has a clue about what they are doing, they are cheats and i feel cheated by them, pathetic service, a bunch of cheats and unprofessional people, doubt if the property is still owner by them

I am Hemant Kelshikar. I happen to see your review on VMC's Vrindavan Garden plot Project at Shahpur in the Consumer complaint & other sights. I too have purchased 3 plots in the project. When I came to know about said plot falling under the Forest area I went to their Majiwada office where I met one Mr.Thakur (Project Director). He showed me copies of 7/12, Purchase Agreement, etc & told me there was not issue with the project. Some how until some one comes up with documentary evidence on the fraud in the project it is difficult to take appropriate action on the same.

No refund for buyback

My customer id is 12081 &12082. VMC is promised me to buyback money on the monthly basis of my 5 NA plot at Shahpur, however they have failed. last 3 years. I have spoken to various customer care officers - S.S.THAKUR etc. They keep on giving me falls promises to pay my money.

We should all united against VMC and have to take legal action against them.

VMC developers are totally cheat. I have purchased 2 plots at Shahpur in 2013. But after 1 year i.e. in 2014 due to fund requirement I returned both the plots and as per agreement they should return my amount within 4 months of returning with annual interest of 8.5 percent. It got nearly 2 years, they have returned only 10 thousand after my regressive follow-ups and too many visits of their office at Maziwada. Currently they give a date for payback but every time excuse of no fund. I am fed-up. My total outstanding amount is 1.8 Lakhs.
If somebody can help me to get the money from these frauds, please help. I am ready to pay 5 percent of my total balance.
Or if somebody joins me to make a group and do joint complaint in Police Station and further legal actions against VMC.

Helloo I had invested in this plan in 2011 d possession was supposed to be given to me in 2017 Jan, now d developers are postponing the time to next year... I m confused whether this plan will b giving us possession o not aftr reading comments of ppl here its confusing Ol d more whether these developers are goin to give us d possession soon o not... Help to resolve this...
