[Resolved] Vodafone 3G — Bad service charging more | |||
Hi, I had taken a 3g plan for 650rs which was giving 2GB data. After using the plan for some 15 days i tried to know the remaining data balance for my plan because i thought i am overusing it and then charges are more if i exceed 2GB limit. I called vodafone Customer care 6 times all the time they said "Dont worry" "you will get an sms when u u use 80% of data and one sms when u use 100% of data" but still i was not convinced and was calling customer care and they said they are forwarding my request to "Seniors" and they will email me but nobody contacted me. I tried *111# which was giving "No 3G plan activated on this number". Also one relationship manager from vodafone called me and took my request but i did not receive any response. And my fear came true, i received a bill of rs 3329rs because my 2GB limit was cross. Why your customer care people kept on saying "Dont worry" when they were not sure about me getting the sms? I have gone through lot of frustration because whenever i called customer care i need to explain the situation to them everytime. I could have closed the plan if i knew that my data limit is over. I am not willing to pay a single penny for such a bad service of Vodafone. Another complaint is - as above thing happened i put a request to close 650rs plan for april month and activate 850rs plan. But *111# is still showing 650rs plan is activated and no details abt 850rs plan. Today I put a request to close even that 850rs plan but *111# is still showing 650rs plan and remaining balance is 617MB.When i called customer care they said "Dont worry" its technical error. I asked them to transfer my call to any of their seniors they kept me on long hold and nobody responded. My experience with vodafone Customer care is they dont know anything and just talk meaningless. I will be closing this number. why should i pay for vodafone customer care's mistakes? Vodafone — excess of meanless msgs
i have a vodafone mobile no [protected] but here is problem since a number started by me.nearabout 50 messages which r not related any useful information for me .i aoso told to customer care abt that.but they did not take any action till now.plz needful help
