[Resolved] Vodafone 3G Data Card — No Response From CUSTOMER CARE | |||
Am using Vodafone 3G data card. First month there is no problem and it was working gud. But from the second month device (Dongle) is not at all working in my lap. and i have registered complaint about 10 or more times but no response. then i went to vodafone store and they are not ready to replace the device with new one. when i called customer care, they are talking really RUDE.. Really i didn't expect this from a customer care representative.. Then next month there is no internet connectivity for 3 weeks and i just used it for only one week in a 1 Month plan. for thet also i have complainer more than 15 times.. really it happens.. but no response at all.. So my kind advice is PLS DON'T EVER BUY VODAFONE DATA CARDS...!! My kind Advice...!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
