Vodafone 3G — Vodafone customer care is pathetic | |||
I have contacted Vodaphone more than 10 times in last 1 month via calling their customer service number, sending SMSs to their designated numbers but I have not been able to procure setting for their GPRS/3G network. However, I had activated my vodaphone live almost a month back and that has been activated and I am being charged for the same. The internet doesnt work at all. On calling their customer care, I have to pay additioanl charge to just speak with customer service representative. Normally it takes 6-8 mins before I can get hold of someone. The person asks me to send the SMS to the numbers which I have tried so many times. They do not have any other answer. And there is no way to fix the issue as well. I haven't seen such pathetic call service. I think time has come for Anna hazare like ban on using Vodaphone sim. Then only the company will work on improving their service. Horrible service indeed. I am facing the same problem. VODAPHONE customer care is very difficult to talk to and they cannot solve your problem either. The problem on my phone also continues, despite so many attempts to contact vodaphone through the net, and so many calls to their customer care at 198,
