[Resolved] Vodafone 3G — slow internet speed | |||
Dear member, I took Vodafone first recharge 3G internet plan 505Rs. I never got 3G speed, it is worser than 2G speed and often interrupted speed. I complained to customer care and they told me that my problem will be solved by 12 February. My SIM was activated on 06th of Feb and even after one week no problem solved. Apart from that, they also block my number so I can not make any call on 198. Is there any way where I can charge my complaint officially and get my money refund?
