[Resolved] Vodafone — Account activation | |||
I bought a datacard from Vodafone for my iPad two months back. As you know , you can't sent / receive msgs from iPad. I tried to get a Vodafone account , hence created it. I specifically asked to send the password to email. I did not get it at all. Now I couldn't register the account nor create a new one nor delete it. So, I sent an email to do something about it. The issue still remains. I have sent emails about 5 times. People have called me from customer care as well. One thing that baffles me is the quality of customer care and their understanding on the issue when they call a customer care. None of them reads my complaint and understands the issue. They promise to rectify it within day's but still not resolved. It's not a big issue. But, I did not expect it from a company which has world wide presence.
