[Resolved] Vodafone — Activating new pack | |||
Respected Sir, I am having a Vodafone mobile connection with phone number [protected] for the last 7 months. I have activated their special package for cutting down the call rates(99 Rs for 10ps/sec)for one month with effect from 4th June 2013. They activated the pack and it gets disconnected after 15 days(19th June 2013). I have made queries with their customer care about 10-15 time each time they are saying we are solving issue within 2 days or within 12'O Clock or in the evening and nothing is happening.
