[Resolved] Vodafone — Pathetic Customer Services in A.S Rao Nagar | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately I am a post paid customer for Vodafone for the last 3 years above. My number is [protected]. In the month of sep 2008 I have taken another connection with the No. [protected]. By the time I gave more than 30 clients to Vodafone to get the number for free. And I took the connection with 500/- Advanced rental plan (The 500/- which will be refund after two years and the connection will be remain with 49/- clip charges for every month). As of now I did not receive the cheque. Regarding this I visited Vodafone store in A.S Rao Nagar on 1st November and given a written complaint to them regarding this. 15 more days gone. No response from Vodafone people. Again I went to Vodafone A.S. Rao Nagar Store and asked them about this complaint. Mr. Srinivas who is an executive has taken the complaint to adjust the amount in the bill. Till date no response and no progress. Instead of that they were disconnected services to my number. I have asked about migrating post paid to prepaid for the number [protected] (While I was taking the number I have given more than 30 clients. On that criteria I got the number for free. Now, (After two years) suddenly they were asking 1000/- to pay for the number. I don't know why this company doing all these cheating to the customers? Suddenly why are you charging that amount? Will you cancel all the accounts which I referred? Where is my cheque? Whether A.S. Rao Nagar team working or not? Will they serve the customer or not? Regards, Arun Kumar Teegala.
