[Resolved] Vodafone — Balance deduction without reason | |||
Hi, I am Shishupal Prasad my vodafone No. is [protected]. and my complain reference No. is [protected] I had activated one day internet package of 20 MB on 4th aug 2012, and got intimation that my package will go to expire on 12:03 AM on 5th Aug. 2012. but i was accessing internet around 10:15 Pm on 4th Aug. Suddenly i received alert that my balance has deducted by Rs.32/- . after that i will check data balance then i got 4.6 MB is still remaining and still showing expiry date 12.03 AM on 05th Aug. 2012. After that i immediately lodge a complain ( complain reference No. is [protected]) about this at 10:22 pm on 4th Aug. 2012. But after that no one is giving me positive response and finally i am unable to connect any customer care executive bcz my customer care opion has blocked.. Was this information helpful? | |||
