Hello, Sir/Madam I am 2 years user of vodafone. I just wanted to get my balance details from 28th may, 2013 to 31st may, 2013. I wanted to know about my cut off my balance with too high rates. I also wanted to know the no. to check balance details. As soon as possible let me know about your's (my) problem solution.

Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello Himanshu,

To avail prepaid bill details please SMS BILLFIRST THREE LETTERS OF THE MONTH to 144. Example, for the month of June, SMS BILL JUN to 144. Charges are Rs 50/- per month per bill. You can avail bills only upto 6 months old. Also, note that we can provide only outgoing call details. Thanks.
