Vodafone — Its the time to take action against Vodafone for their bloody Service | |||
Hello, This is Manjunath G N from Bangalore having Vodafone postpaid connection with mobile number [protected]. i have requested their executive to let me know the procedure for MNP and the amount to be paid by calling their Customer care in January. I have placed 'n' number of complaints on the same. every time, i will be told that their executive will get back to me with in 24 to 48 hrs of span. but, i wont get any calls from them. I have written mail to 'Corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com' too 10 days back. i didnot get any response for that also. So, i request you to take serious action against them and teach them a lesson so that they wont repeat doing same. Thanks in advance for your help. So what I did was searched through TRAI website where i can make formal complaints and for your relief you can make formal complaints to first a nodal officer and then to the Appellate Authority
I have send a formal email to the nodal officer at vodafone today and waiting for their response

send an email about your grievances if it is not resolved by the nodal officer then only send an email to the Appellate Authority
