Vodafone — Charging more in every month billing and not allowing me to port out of their network | |||
Dear sir/Madam, This is Manjunath from bangalore having 5 postpaid connections in my name. One of my number is [protected]. Every month I will be charged more for no reasons. Excess amount would be more than 1000 till today for the last 6 months. Even I am facing network problem. When I tried to port out of vodafone, their executive called me and gave me waivers on tariff plan rental and additional packs. But, with out my request, they have changed my tariff plans. When called their customer care, they say some stupid reasons. They are not even allowing me to port out of vodafone. They reject my application saying contractual obligations and all. I am yet to get any response from your executives. i would wait till this month bill is generated. I would port out immediately once i clear my bills. If you trouble me giving me nonsense reasons, i would file a case against you people.
