[Resolved]  Vodafone — Bad service & Bill amount

Hi All,

i would like to inform you that their is a bad service from vodafone the unnecessary charges in the bill. its really atrocious & also the connection has been disconnected after all the below conversation & no person responds & no one is ready to take the responsibility of this issue, the response for this complaint was on 17/DEC/2011 & the connection was disconnected on 19/Dec/2011

I have taken these 2 Sims from Suresh.

This is Ranganath & my number is *******999 & my other number is *******999 which is used by my parents, as I have took these 2 sims as a CUG plan but it has been charged for my number for the calls made to *********999.

So can you justify me with the detailed explanation of what would be the steps taken to the charges charged to the 25/09/2011 bill.
