[Resolved] Vodafone — Unwanted Charges | |||
I am using a Vodafone Postpaid no. I wanted to convert the number from postpaid to prepaid. The executive at the vodafone gallery asked to bring the SIM card and some documents for the same. On the day of visit they tell that you have to come after the billing cycle date only. Next month I visited after my billing cycle date and the executive gave me new plan with rental Rs. 99/-. Also I have asked him to stop all the other services such as Itemised Bill, VoiceMail, etc which was charged to me unnecessarily. The next bill which I got was charged with 199 rental and also was charged for Itemised bill, VoiceMail. Again I visited and the executive told that I will waive off the extra charges which are charged. However after few days the issue remained the same and it was not waived off. Again I visited the gallery, and the senior executive told that he will to it by today only and it will reflect on your account within couple of days. However now with the bell it is still not done. In their system it is mentioned that the waive off needs to be done, however I have still not recieved it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Recently Vodafone has charged Rs 30 in my vodafone bill for downloading MOBILART_VALUEPACK-30.and Rs 49 for dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130. But I have never downloaded such value pack from from their site or any other site. I strongly protest against such forceful charges by the company. I demand that vodafone must remove such charges from my bill. Please STOP such illegal charges without consent of consumer. My vodafone no [protected]. I want to get back the balance.

VODAFONE ESSAR LIMITED — Incorrect Charges
I have a Vodafone Number (+91-[protected]) for Last few Months. I have informed Vodafone many times about not receiveing my monthly bills for last 3months. However, I haven't seen any difference yet. Above all, they have charged me late fee on those bills. Also, they have been charging Rs30.00 for Mobile Box Office from the month of November, 2010 which I never enrolled. Please look into the matter as these is happening on contionious basis ever after continious complaint made to customer service.
