[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong system and foulmouthed Customer Service center | |
I am Vineeth from Bangalore. On 8th nov 10.26am I made a call to a mobile number. The call lasted for about 58 sec. But I was charged Rs 1.20(3 mins) as where I should have been charged 40ps only... When I called the customer center at 10:38am I spoke to one named "Irfan". Not only he couldn’t help me out he used abusive language. When I asked him to transfer the call to any senior he dint do that rather used foul language. Not even prepared to take my compliant he cut the call. Again I called the customer care a lady answer the call. Even she was not prepared to transfer the call to any senior. Later she called a liar and cut the call. Is this way you handle you customer's problem. While making call to customer center it says your call will be recorded. But I don’t think it is recorded nor any action is taken on people who just sit there and do nothing. It is a black mark on Vodafone that being a global company. They can’t satisfy their customer. It would be great if you can teach your call center people how to talk to a customer. And let them know that customers are not on their mercy, but the other way... Thanks for the hopeless and sour service offer by the company and its people... Was this information helpful? | |
