[Resolved] Vodafone — Bad customer Service, Liars and Mental Torture | |
Good Afternoon, I am writting this mail hoping that there will be some action taken. I trust Consumer Forum and please dont disappoint me. I have a Vodafone number. I have been making payments towards my account regularly without being late. I am a housewife. Recently, I purchase Gulf Calling cards to reduce my Hutch Bill as my Husband is working in Gulf. Finacially its a bit difficult for us, as I am not working. I have been calling Vodafone for the past 4 days as the amount from my GCC card is be deducted without me even talking to my husband. This happened with me thrice and and I did inform the Vodafone people. They kept on promising that it will be taken care and will get back to me. I spoke to many supervisors they also promised the same thing to me. I did not get any call till date. On that there customer service is really bad. They dont know how to speak to a lady customer. The agent literally yelled at me for no fault of mine and he hung up on me when asked for a supervisor. Vodafone are liars, cheaters and they tortured me mentally. I want some action to be taken against these people immediately. Its my humble request, please take some action. Vodafone, customer service is the worst one.
