Vodafone — suddenly disconnect phone | |
Dear Sir, I have already paid my last December Vodafone Bill. As per ur Hard Copy of bill. Mobile NO: [protected] After 15 days ago “ISSUE STARTS” Cashier of Vodafone deposit 3.5 thousand rupees by mistake in my Vodafone bill...8-9 month ago ...so as per “minus” balance i m not pay my bill between this period. After 8-9 month they immediate disconnect my phone & tell to pay 3.5 thousand immediately. A person call me from Ahmedabad named I think “Mr. Sanjiv” from Vodafone & agree with me to give me new revised hard copy of “bill” which is January + adjustment(3.5 thousand) = 4 thousand …which is received last week of January09. I accept this ….but my mobile is disconnect before 15 days ago …near about 15th Jan09. Without any proper documentation ..only verbal discussion … It’s very surprise for me ….. . Above matter is system error of "Vodafone" ...but u people don’t agree & close my mobile no. I agree with pay the bill, but it’s big amount for me …. I used Vodafone card from 3 years ...& regular pay the bill. Pls give me credit for continue relation with u …..
